You dont have to be ashamed for working at publix. Publix has been listed by Fortune magazine as one of the 100 Best Places to Work in America every year since the list was created in 1998. I so get that feeling DRJMK -- I spent all of last weekend: spirited driving, top down, wind in my hair, Clapton and I singing our hearts out together - I didn't want to go home, unless it was to pack the family in the car and drive some more.
On Monday I had to go out of town on business. The car service came to pick me up - I kissed the dogs and the husband goodbye and as I passed Turbo in the driveway, I gave it a kiss goodbye too...
The husband said, "the driver is watching you, he probably thinks you're crazy." I got in the town car and the driver turned and said, "Don't worry, if I had that car, I'd have kissed it twice!"
Just got home a little while ago and cannot wait till morning when I can get right back out there and drive it again!! There is NOTHING like a Porsche!!!

I should work there since I know where everything is.... last night, I was getting some deli items and some guy stopped and asked me where the canned mushrooms are, just out of the blue! Myself and the deli guy started laughing....i told him I had to not shop there anymore!
