Default Tire Mount and Balance question

I bought some new tires from Tire Rack and need a mount and balance. I called the dealer and they want to charge $109 per tire. What????? Are you kidding me??? I expected to pay a bit more, but that is beyond robbery.

Tirerack lists an Firestone shop as a preferred installer. I can get all 4 done for less than $100. Any experience out there with Firestone? Or any other recommendations for a damage free mount, and a vibration free balance?

I live south of Boston for anyone local with a recommendation...

Depends on the shop and personnel, not the brand. My local Discount has a very good guy so we've been using him even though he doesn't have the road force balancer we love. He doesn't charge if we buy the tires from him and he matches discountdirect and tirerack pricing. Otherwise we go to an indy shop with the hunter machine and its $50-60 per tire for mounting and balancing.
