opening "porsche" screen on pcm
on my 05 997 the screen came on longer and was actually nice.. or when i turned radio off the drive before.. i would turn on mid drive and get the opening screen.. just felt good to see it...
new 997.2 its like .25 second only on startup and any other time u turn off/on the pcm it doesnt come up. anyone miss this?

It only stayed on longer because the software & processor was slower in the old radios.
Think about how long it took windows to book up 10 years ago vs now.
Same thing.
