Just a wash and quick detail.

Enjoy!

It is funny how us guys with black cars get excited during the 10 minutes when our cars are actually clean.

Nice job-have you tried any of the wipe on walk away protectants like Ultima Paint Guard? If not your missing out on one of the great products that will make keeping your black car looking clean a whole lot longer.

Very clean, but it seems that the car has a clear bra - as evidenced by the crated structure around the hood badge (4th photo).

What grade tint did you use on the car?

Nice! Now I have to go wash mine! But that clear bra spoils the front. Are you saving the car for the next guy? Thank you in advance!

Lol. I know what you mean. I've always had black cars and it is a love hate relationship. It's like a date with a supermodel which melts into Rosanne Barr.

As chance would have it, I do have Ultima on it.

Saving it for me. It's a driver. Colorado roads are brutal. Sand everywhere. You can't really see it unless you are right on top of it.

Yes ... draw and quarter me. Again, Colorado roads are brutal.

It's called orange peel.

Some films have it worse than others.

Also, those who love the front of their Black car to be Black for the next several years, and who actually plan to drive them, appreciate that from a few feet away that clear film is undetectable, whereas a pitted front with the primer showing through looks like hell from pretty much any vantage point. 20 years of Black cars - I learned my lesson a good while back.

That looks like a nice job on the film - I need to get a few areas of mine touched up or replaced next time the car is in for service.
