Default Building a New Garage

I am planning on building a detatched 3+ car garage. Exterior decor to resemble the original house. High ceiling to accomodate a lift. ISOFOAM or equivalent, central air, etc.
I remember several years back, there was a post on Rennlist with floor layout and pictorial update of a 2 car garage. Anyone remember this? (No luck with search)
Any advice on the construction? I can find the contractor here in Missouri but will need some guidance and direction.

A friend of mine did this at their place in Nashua, NH. It will hold about 6 Porsches. They included a bathroom with shower, and sort of a loft arrangement, which is ideal for parts storage. They had at least one lift.

It's cheaper just to get a new car every three years.
