Bad experience with FVD

Bad experience with FVD
After 20 emails, I still haven't got a straight answer about a defective part I recieved from FVD about a month ago. If I get a defective part from Porsche, everyone apologizes and I get a new part promptly. So what's with FVD?
Sorry guys,
FVD just sent an email offering to take the part back or do whatever I would like to make me happy.
It just took a few emails (and probably this post) to get them on the right track.
I will continue to do business with FVD, if they'll still have me as a customer.

Never had a problem with the US group in Florida. They even answer phone calls - sometimes talking (try Rhonda) is better than email. Glad to hear it was resolvedd.
