Thanks to everyone for the good wishes. Back atcha!
I like the 356 in the background pic, if I do say so. Also the deadhead sticker photoshop!
Now time to get in another drive before the t-storms start again. ..

ride quality 19" no PASM / springs / East Bay highways
Without much to compare it to, I'm very happy with the ride quality running 19" wheels with Michelins and no PASM.
Of course, I'm a 911 newbie and not nearly the performance driver most of you are.
Honestly, I was afraid the ride would be harsh given the Third-World quality of some of our roads around here, but it's nicely sporty without harshness. In fact, I'm now soliciting opinions for lowering and spacers if anyone wants to suggest a nice combo for aesthetics.
If I were driving the highways of the always-under-construction Bay Area, I might worry. Every time I go down there in my SUV it seems I jump curblike joints in the highways.
Honestly, what do you guys in the East Bay do about those high-speed obstacles?

I'll take some interior shots in natural light and without a flash when the thunderstorms stop up here! Terrible weather this week.
The natural leather dark grey I like a lot. It's much darker than the "standard" gray leather; it's a charcoal gray bordering on black in all lights. The "dark gray" carpeting surfaces are several shades lighter, however.

Can't wait to see more pics of it.

[I noticed that as well! A testament to the quality of a Porsche! Maybe my car will be in a picture like that some 50 years from now!

DrJMK,
can't wait to see your Atlas Grey. I get great complements on it all of the time. But the P-colors are all great. And I think that they have improved the Carrera white over the years as is evident in this thread. If there is a color that Zuffenhausen needs to work on and improve is their Speed yellow. Tends to lose its glow and fade somewhat as the years progress. Anyone have any input on this?
