Default 997 CS4 and musical instrument transport?!!

Another question for musicians out there. Just as I had it figured out for a Cayman, now I might pick up 08 Carrera. Any experience with hauling Electric Bass Guitars and amplifiers? Thanks!

If you could do it in a Cayman... you have far more space behind the front seats in a 911.

cayman has more space overall id say but i think you could manage it for the 911.. the frunk is smaller in 911 and no "back space" but the rear seats are provide tons of space for hauling... i had a full set of tires 305/245 in my 911 and nothing was even touching me..

I packed an alto, tenor and soprano sax, sax stand, wireless mic setup, and various percussion in the C2S for a recent gig.

An electric guitar in it's case fits perfectly on the back shelf when the seats are folded down. A bass will be too long.

Need to it sit upright and tilt it back.

You might be able to put a little amp in the front boot.

I use the Touareg for gigs though. Hard to fit a drum set in the C4.
