I'm eyeing these up -- and wondering if these would fit an 05 c2s ?

They look like they'll fit but I don't see any difference between these and the 'Standard S' tips. Maybe these are chrome or polished but you can easily buff up the stainless tips to look just as good.

I'm confused - there is no 997 X50 TT so what are these?

I bought mufflers with sport tips for under $200.00 on ebay. Just keep your eyes open. I wanted a set of muffs to hack. the tips are a bonus

Don't think those will fit. The TT exhaust pipes exit very close to the center "edge" of the opening in the bodywork. You can see in the picture that one of the tips is very offset from the inlet fitting. I don't believe they will line up with the cut-out in the bottom of the bumper on a non-turbo (because the muffler pipe is in the center).

For around that price you could get shiney new ones from Fabspeed or AWE I think.

I swapped stock brushed tips for factory polished SS tips on my 08 C2S and both are centered between the one tube to the mufflers and the 2 outlet tubes. these are way offset.
