Default Chromed tail pipe soot...
Any products that are good to remove this. I have a build up of soot around the edges of the chrome tips and was scrubbing with a Maguire's "all metal" or something, with some improvement, but it is still there.

I use Blue Magic and a little elbow grease. You can buy it at CDN Tire.
