First let me start by saying there is nothing I like better then seeing cool fast cars being driven fast.BUT Just an observation... since I have my 08 C2S. about a year.whenever I am on the road and happen to pass a turbo; even if I am in the left lane going 80MPH and the turbo is in the middle lane minding own bus.
The turbo will always and I mean always have a need to pass me at about 1000 MPH.as to say Just find it amusing.More power to you and enjoy your fast cars

I take a different approach. When I am at a light and there is a car that I know is slower than mine...just my presence is enough. I don't have to step on it. In fact, many times I let them go ahead till we meet at the next stop light....I don't have to tell him who the king is, he knows. There is nothing more beautiful than a gorgeous woman walking by you....just her walk is enough to let you know how hot she is. She doesn't have to reveal anthing else.
IMHO,
abe
+10000 to Abe...well said I know who I am, can clearly afford my ride, and have no need to impress anyone. However, those little rice rocket hondas and mazdas do need to be put into their place every now and then....
Amazing but true -but I've notice that rarely does a Boxster owner flash, wave or acknowledge when ever I'm in the 911 or turbo. But when I drove my Boxster, 911 owners (including turbos) always gave acknowledgment.
altho, do you all find that more often than not, the jackass attempting to bait you by revving his engine (with the exhaust burble coming out of an oversized coffee-can tailpipe, no doubt) is a jerk with a WRX, jetta, or a hilariously pimped honda? nothing against those cars (well maybe the pimping!) but rarely in my experience is it another luxury german/italian auto, or even a corvette/american car for that matter.
+1 to abe as well: "I don't have to tell him who the king is, he knows". but you know what? even if his car IS faster than mine, the street is no place to find out! let's meet at the track and if he beats me, he beats me. i am a good sport - he will get my congrats and no hard feelings. in short, some people need to GROW UP.
