Great photos Dave. You're right, it is so YOU. So understated, so low profile, just like you.

BTW, does your wife have any unmarried sisters? She sounds like a perfect woman.

Sorry, no sisters! Like this car, my wife is a keeper! I am always puzzled why someone so grounded could possibly marry a fruit loop such as myself.

Low profile,....he he he.

The smile this car puts on your face every time you start it up is priceless. You live once; hence, if you work hard you deserve to reap the fruits of your labor. Congratulations, looking forward to seeing some pics.

BTW I think the car looks better with the amber side markers.

Again Dave, a beautiful car. Love the stiching. Adds just that extra contrast and touch. Hey It's supposed to be in the 40's this weekend. Try and get out if you can. Nice to see someone from this site graduating to the next level. Looks like it was a great day to pick up a new TT. Let us all know how the ride compares to the 997S in terms of style, comfort and performance. Can't wait to here back from you.

P.S Dave, what did they give you on your trade in? Was it fair?
Hoping to have some info that could have some value in the future.

WooHoo Dave, way to go! I've been following along as well and just waiting for the day and pictures of you taking delivery of your new orange "crush".
Very exciting, indeed!

Yes siree, I pass gas for a living but I also do a tremendous amount of pro bono gas passing.

I agree,....pumpkin markers look OK on this car.

I'm up to 400 miles already.
I'm thinking about doing a grand tour tomorrow. Poor little car is already getting dirty.

Was it fair? Was that a rhetorical Q?
I only got 50K for my car and a jar of vaseline. I did get a decent discount on the turbo and overall I would call it an OK deal.
I'm happy having Alfie as my friend as well as salesperson and I know he would help me out if there were any major problems with any of our cars. He's a great guy.

It was quite the saga but it ended up wonderfully for me....I feel extremely lucky that I was able to buy the car. It is a keeper.

FANTA! No way Jose.
Diet Orange Crush or that weird Mountain Dew Diet Orange crap - YES.
I've already had Fresca and Diet Coke in the car without problems.
