Default Dension Installed, a few questions

I had a local car stereo shop install my Dension yesterday with no problems and it didn't have to go the dealer to turn on the cd changer. My first question is how do get the song titles to come up on the display? My other question is I can't find where they installed the unit? I had them run the wires to the glovebox whcih is nice but I don't see the unit anywhere? I opened the panel and see the bose amp and I don't see it there. I briefly opened the other panels in the trunk and I don't see it anywhere. I read here somewhere that you're switch something when you take the car in for servicing or it comes up as some error. Is this true?

Ask them where they put it. You should have access to the i-pod, the USB and the control Aux box!!
They should be readily available.

After reading some more posts i'm wondering if they mounted it behind the glove box somewhere. Do you have to switch something when you take it into service?

Mine was installed in the passenger side footwell, in behind the trim panel below the console. Cables come into the glove box, like yours. I had them run and extension off the USB port to be able to make software changes without opening things up.

Easy to open that panel up ... I'd start by checking there.

I looked behind the passenger side footwell and I still didn't see it. I'm wondering if it's below the glove box, is that possible? My only worry is I have a service appointment tomorrow and can't find the unit. The cord for the Ipod comes in from the top of the glovebox if that helps. I also noticed that they didn't install the black piece that usb and reset button.

it's either behind your head unit or behind the glove box. why not call them? (and have them finish the install)
