Default instrument panel noise

Does anyone have the TSB reference for the dash panel noise in/near instrument panel. I am going in for service next week and would like to go "prepared" so they don't just give me the "what noise /blank stare"

I am also going to try to get my keys delayed (per the Cayman bulletin) . The easy open trunk is a real PIA.

Does anyone know what most dealers are charging for a brake bleed/new fluid?

thanks in advance.

Highland Park, Ilinois. Northern suburbs of Chicago. BUT we have the same crappy weather( LOL) and a winter car is advised.

I would gather around $100 in labor for the flush plus the cost of the brake fluid is reasonable Get the Motul I just had mine replaced and the pedal now feels as if I can stop a train

Whirring noise behind instrument panel can sometimes mean that a cable is worn. Speedo or Tach. Don't know if this applies to yours, but I have seen this a few times on BMW and VW with high mileage.
