I'd sell. And if you are still of the mind to sell, send me a pm in late winter. By that time, I'll probably be in the market for a cab for my wife.

It’s hard to swallow that 100% first time car registration fee though. My $50K can barely get me a Honda.

Dave, our company is a contract manufacturer in China and has an office in Hong Kong.

cong~~ on your new venture, i am sure u will enjoy your stay in HK.

if your company is in mainland china, talk to them about importing your car to china, then get a special lic. plate you can drive between mainland china and HK. remember in china, nothing is easy, but anything is possible.

Yeaa, good luck with that. A 2001 C2 is still about $90K US here!

Cars might depreciate quickly in HK, but not Porsches!

I was in HOng Kong for the whole July and I missed my Pcar. Never had problem driving on the right side but they do need to increase the speed limit on a few highways from 85km!.

The speed limits are pretty reasonable. Most of the hwys are 100 km/h. They run photo radar and lidar. Radar detectors are legal, and my V1 works great here.
