Best solution is stop driving it - leave it parked in a garage, covered and it'll rarely get thos rain spots.

No Garage Queen here. 6200 km in first 3 months driving. 90% with top down.

+2 on the ONR and grout sponge. I was skeptical at first, but it made me a believer. I now use it all the time on all of my vehicles unless they are really filthy. I use the two bucket method and haven't had any marring issues that I'm aware of.

+3 on the ONR(great product), but what the hell is a grout sponge?

There was a bunch of talk about the grout sponges over at autopia when folks first started using them with ONR. Head over there and do a search if you want to read the discussions. Most people really liked using them. I've personally had no ill effects. They are soft and porous so the dirt/grime is soaked up into the sponge and then can easily be cleaned out. They are also cheap to replace, $1.87 at lowes. Here is a picture of the one most recommended, model k-28P

I thought that was model number k-28P-mk.2.
