Default Steering Problem with Acceleration

I was wondering if anyone can offer some suggestions as to why only steering left on my C4 gets more stiff during acceleration and at highway speeds but is not as bad when at lower speeds. The dealer has already changed my steering rack without improvement. Could this be related to something in the 4 wheel drive system? I am tearing my hair out cuz the dealer can't find anything wrong and its not fun to drive anymore.
