Cab Top Bow Rattles
I have had this in to the dealer a few times and no luck yet. It all started when they replaced the headliner. The last bow before the back window, which is the bow right above the back seat. Well it rattles and is getting worse. I can push up on it and I feel it fold or collapse and that will shut it up for a few seconds. Does anyone have experience with this to save me from a 3rd trip to dealer???

I had a rattle in the bow that was right behind the front seats. First time, they fixed it in a few minutes, while I waited. The guy opened the top about half way and reached his arm into the open area between the roof and the headliner and pressed the bar back into the clip.
The rattle came back after a few thousand miles. The next time they replaced the headliner. When I spoke to the technician at the place that did the headliner replacement for the dealer, he said that the OEM brackets/clips don't hold well enough. So far, it's been fine again.
I'd suggest you call whoever it was that your dealer sent the car to when the headliner was replaced. Speak to the technician there that did the work. This type of problem is better communicated between you and the upholstery technician. It's just not something the dealer's technicians know much about.
Of course, when you decide the right course of action with that tech, take it back to the dealer to have the warranty cover the next fix.
If you search the forum, you'll see some others with similar experiences.

I had the same problem about a year ago (at around 10K miles). The "clip" let loose, and the only way to repair it was to replace the headliner, which has the new clip attached to it, per the dealer. The repair was done by one of the dealer's service techs, and has been rattle-free since (now at about 20K miles).

Happened to me at about 12K miles and it was fixed by the dealer - headliner was replaced. Rattle has come back again and I am taking it in again next week - currently at 16K miles. All under warranty
