blues, minerva vs azzurro
hmmmmmmm to my eye, (at least in photo's), they appear pretty close in hue.
Perhaps minerva is a bit "brighter"
Anyone in So. Cal. have a Minerva Blue car we could take a look at?
first two images are Azzurro, 2nd two are Minerva (according to original info in posts).
all images lifted from previous posts here on RL.
The GT3 image looks JUST like what I remember Azzurro to look like.
thanks
Craig

Your second image is Azurro California blue for sure as it is my car. I haven't seen any Minerva blue myself. The picture of my car that you post is not a good representation of Azurro blue. This blue has a lot of sparkles inside that is more obvious under bright sunlight.

I have both in the office, but they are plugs and quite small. I'll try to shoot them and post side by side.
Minerva is a WOW color when you first see it, a real stunner.
Azzuro is a bit less of the wow factor, but still beautiful. Not as deep/rich hue.

Those colors are without a doubt my least favorite color for a Porsche.
Seems like one of those colors that would go out of style very quickly. Like 10 seconds.

Both colors are way cool IMO. Love the silvery blue of Azzuro in particular.

I love that blue. Put tan inside and I'd be happy. There are way too many black and silvers. I had one and it was beautiful, but man are there a lot of them on the road.

Well, the next time you see an azurro aerokit club coupe around DC, just wave because it will be me.

I'm not too swift with SoCal geography, but 1sikcab on the 6speedonline.com board has a 996c4s cab, and he's in San Marino.
Otherwise, you're welcome to come by and look at my car if you're ever in the SF Bay Area.

Dave, I'd be very interested in seeing pics of your car. I'm considering your blue (or along the lines of) with tan interior for a 4s cab I may order. Do you think you can post some mug shots for me?
