Living in Florida, I personally don't find much use for them exception being during a long drive and a tired back. But, it seems to be a small price to pay to keep the wife happy when driving with the top down, especially at night when the temps dip below 75F (seems to be the magic number for some reason). It was a required option when spec'ing the car.

We both use them, especially when I have the roof open in less than warm weather. When the weather is cold, i'll take off my heavy jacket, throw it in the back seat, turn on the heated seats, and feel fine.

The heated seats are the only reason I haven't put in gt3 seats. In N.J. I drive almost as much with the heat on as I do off. Nothing beats october, windows down, sunroof open and heated seats on high. I live for those days.

I use it on my lower back after a good work out and if its cold in the morning...

BUT WOMEN LOVE IT - that alone is worth it! ;-)
