Like I said, it makes more sense in the west coast and probly south florida states. I would never have tried this in Detroit, but it fits right in here in Newport Beach. Never was a fan of chome until I bought a siver porsche that happened to have chrome wheels. By the time I got around to being able to afford to change them out, 3 months had passed and I was hooked.
Besides the chrome is more aerodynamic......LOL

Dr Peter - Actually, your car probably "appears" more aerodynamic, as my suspicion is that you are driving around with your head hanging in shame, thus creating better airflow over and around the car...

You guys crack me up. It is not blasphemy to have a little fun with the cars appearance. It is an option.
