I need help, I have 2 questions about the front bumper.

1. Do they come with the headlight washer holes or do we have to cut ourselves? Looking at pics, I see most opt for the washer option. I dont think there is a real need for it since I hardly drive in the mud or snow.

2. How is the grill attached, glue or self tapping screw?
