Default Hideous Squeal--Any Thoughts?

Took my new (2008) garaged C2 out for a ride today (Has 350 miles). As I was leaving my driveway I started hearing a loud squealing-rubbing sound as if it was comming from the middle of the car.It sounded like brake pads rubbing against the rotors as they go round, but very loud.Faster I went the louder it got, but it had nothing to do with the rev of the engine.I went around the block and went back on my driveway.I was in such disbelieve at the thought I was heading back to the dealer already I proceeded to take off again just to check it one more time. This time no problem and not a sound.Took it for a long ride with not a sound or problem again. ANY THOUGHTS? (Do i need to have dealer look if problem seem to be gone?
Thanks

Could you have had some rust on the rotors? I find that even the following morning after a rainy day that my rotors make a grinding noise which ceases after 1 or 2 applications of the brake.

Rock stuck in brake caliper rubbing on rotor is my best guess. It happens.

Would not be rust, never seen rain,I guess rock or pebble could be a possibility.I'll check the ride tommorrw and I think if no problems no need to see the Dealer Thanks for the replys

Keep in mind that you never want to put away one of these (much like a horse) wet. Things can bind up, particularly when you don't take it out enough.
