Anybody has 285/35 18 instead of 265/40 18?

David, I have an '04 996 and the stock tire size is 225/40/18 on the front (8" wide wheel) and 285/30/18 on the rear (10" wide wheel). I am currently running Michelin PS2's with 235/40/18 on the front and 295/30/18 on the rear. No rubbing issues at all.

I run 18's on the track on my 997S. 245-40-18 front and 305-35-18 rear. I drive to and from the track with these and no issues at all.
