Default Black/Terracota interior????

What do you guts think of the black with terracota two tone interior? I am interested in a car that has it but can't decide whether I will get tired of it. Always had black interiors before. Car has matching basalt black painted center console. Anyone have this combo on their car. Any thoughts would be appreciated. The car is basalt black. Thanks

I'm a black interior guy, but I've seen that combo and think it's gorgeous.

I'm consiering trading my triple black c2s cab on an brand new 2007 turbo with that interior combo. The car makes my heart race when I look at and the deal is right, just not sure about the interior. Sometimes it almost looks pink to me. Maybe its just my eyes.

I have black/sand beige two tone but I also think black/terracotta is gorgeous. I do think black floor mats match to the two tone interior better than floor mats in main color.

Black/terra is great but if you go with it, you have to do the 2 tone dash and deviating carpeting. Otherwise it just too much terra all over the place.

I have that interior. I'm happy with it, but if I could do it again, I'd get black deviating carpets and the center console painted basalt (the former wasn't available when I ordered my car in 9/05).

What it looked like when new:

This is exactly what my next one will be 2009 turbo Cab. And deviating stitching for both colors possibly. I need to see that last step in person.

Current car is Natural Brown with black mats. I did not know about deviating carpeting etc.. when I ordered that car.

Ditto - I have the black/terra interior on a black TT - PCM console and seat backs painted black and carpet is black. At least make sure you get the black carpeting - without it I think the terra is too much. BTW, I have yet to see a photo of terra that looks really good - photos make it look too red - in person it looks great. I previously had black 997 with sand biege interior and I think the B/T combo looks so much better. Good luck with your choices.

Concur with the carpet suggestion.

NKhalidi - Is that the techequipment bar in your car? I have the BK harness bar but am thinking about going to the full roll bar. However, what I have heard is the techequipment bar is very difficult to put in and won't go in with the Bose system.

I'd do it in a second. That is a fantastic look.

nkhalidi, your ride is pretty damn hawt. almost a shame it's relegated primarily to track duty-- unless you're out there everyday, of course.

With the two-tone method it's a GREAT look! Dare yourself to be daring!

I love the Terracotta. Also, the Carrera Red looks great in the pics, although I've never seen it in person. Whatever you do, follow the other posters advice and make the dash and carpet black, or it will be too overpowering.
