Well, since I have nothing nice to say about Rusnak, I will not say anything
On the other hand, the last Porsche I bought was a Cayenne early this year. I drove up north and bought it at Carlsen in Redwood City. It was one of the easiest transaction ever. The negotiation was done in 2-3 phone calls totaling no more than 20 mins. The gentleman I dealt with was Mr. Tom Yamamoto, he is a manager over there. This was the first car I ever bought out of town so I was worry they might pull some last minute stunts on me once I got there, but nope. In fact, I had to ask how much extra for the extended warranties and lojack. As you all know, its usually the other way around...

About Rusnak Pasadena, I've taken my car there for the last 2 years after having the worse experience with Beverly Hills Porsche. I could only speak of Rusnak's service department and they are the best, at least to me

I live 5 miles from Rusnak Westlake...
..and my mommy tought me if you don't have anything good to say..DONT.
That said, I have found other dealerships less arrogant and more straight shooting then Rusnak. Then again, living in the area for 20 years I have seeing that they have a very high turnover rate of salesmen and it may all depend who you are dealing with that month. Perhaps the higher ups are better to deal with then fly by night salespersons.
