Annoying cab squeaks

I traded an '01 cab for an '07 Cab S. The '01 was very solid, no squeaks top up or down.
With the windows and/or top down on the '07, there are horribly annoying squeaks coming from inside the doors. I think the problem is with the windows. With the top up, there is a not-as-horrible, but still quite annoying, squeak coming from behind the passenger seat.
Anyone else having this problem?

My 06 has a driver side inside the door squeak - I too think it is the window that is making the noise. I sometimes wonder if the window tint people are to blame though. It isn't always apparent too, mostly just after more spirited drives.

Don't have a cab but my 07 C2S is pretty squeaky - there are a lot of interior rattles. I had the car in to the dealer last week who verified all the noises were warranty issues and tried to fix them, they pretty much all came back after a few days...

I had some door squeaks/rattles and found slipping a credit card width piece of plastic in between the door panel and the door took care of it. I banged on different areas of the door and listened carefully to see where the noise was coming from, then slipped a credit card in that area and repeated the process until the noise was isolated, then I cut a very small peice of plastic and slipped it in and no more noise. Although this was not the most orthodox fix, it prevented the dealer from having to remove the door panel etc which could potentially cause collateral damage. I had noises in both doors which are now completely exorcized .

I have an '07 Cab, with no squeaks or rattles. I previously had an '02 Boxster S, and that thing squeaked and rattled everywhere. With the Boxster, I recall that if I cracked both windows a bit, the squeaks would go away. Also, the rubber contact points between the rag top and the car squeaked. I used something called Gummy Pfledge (sp?) to lubricate the rubber contact points, and that helped.
