My 2007 C2 allows you through the PCM to activate DRL. However when actived the fog, park, and tail lights are also on. This doesn't seem right. The PCM manuel only states the head lights will be on.
I was trying to set the DRL on my 06 997S using the PCM yesterday with no success. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I was looking at the owner's manual the other night and couldn't find any reference to DRL.

On the right side of the screen, press the "Set" button, select "individual settings", then "light", and finally "daylight running lights". The car has to be stopped for the DRL option to be active. I selected it, but when I saw the headlights were full power, I decided not to use it.
Had the same issue as in Canada its mandatory.. I don't think I have the pgm option in mine.. (is part of the Chrono pkg ?) ..in anycase, Porsche told me that its on or off and don't have the option to put have strength.. I found that bizarre but so be it !.. both cars .. main lights come on including the side markers..
I have manual DLRs: I turn on the Parkers and pull out the switch for the Driving lamps - every time I drive it. Like dancing shoes, I leave the fancy headlamps for the nightime.
