Anybody have DARK OLIVE METALLIC?

No pics here, but it looks awesome in person. When I first saw it, I thought it was Basalt (metallic look to it), but upon closer inspection, it's a very dark green. It looks really good - I'd think it would go well with black, cocoa, nat gray or brown.

I have seen Dark Olive Metallic and Forest Green Metallic in person and I preferred the Forest. Hendrick Porsche had a Forest Green Metallic on the showroom floor a while back. Forest is not as dark as Olive and much less gold/yellow in it. It was VERY nice looking.
I believe they have sold it because I did not see it in their inventory. However, their "home page" has a pic of the car. Here is the link.

I think that's the beauty and the charm of the color.
It's Basalt Black - not a bad color either - most of the time. But under direct sunlight it reveals an exotic aspect to the color, which gives it a very unique look and dimension, as seen in the pic above. Goes well with a tan interior.

I think that Dark Olive may be the color I want to order but I don't really care for light color interiors (like tan). I am wondering about tan. JT, what is your interior color?

ONE OLIVE... OR TWO? SHAKEN OR STIRRED?
I just tried to shoot some this weekend of a Cayman that was on display at the Porscheplatz at Belle Isle for the Detroit Grand Prix
by Porsche of Farmington Hills, part of the Suburban Collection.
A good friend was inquiring the night before about the Cayman S, who also happens to like 'green'...
As was pointed out to me -- it is a very difficult color to accurately photograph.
Although I, too, might prefer forest green, this was intrigingly different and classy. Here's what I got:
Here it appears black metallic:

Man, the pics of the Cayman look almost exactly like my Millennium when it's in "green" mode. Even the black metallic when it's backlit or in the shade.
And you're right Kim, I find it very hard to get a photo that accurately portray's that color. I haven't tried a polarizer yet, but I know the color pops a lot more when I look at it through polarized shades.
