Default Copper Gaskets

Does anyone have any comments on the copper gaskets sold by Fabspeed (or copper gaskets in general)? I am replacing headers/mufflers with Tubi and I ordered new gaskets/bolts but just came across these:

Description:
4 pieces included in set.

* Copper gaskets as used in Formula 1 and Indy Car racing for ultimate leak proof sealing from the headers to cylinder heads, and from the catalytic converters to the headers.

Not sure if it make any difference...

Not sure if this will be helpful or not...I"ve got a Ferrari 308GTSi with a turbocharger fitted. I've blown my second head gasket and to prevent it from blowing a third, my mechanic replaced it with a copper gasket. The research I found was that copper has much higher strength to deal with the added pressure of the turbo and transfers heat much more readily. It's mostly for racing applications or turbo type settings. I'm not an engineer by any sense, but that's what I learned from doing some research.

Add this to the mix. I spoke with a head shop. The owner stated he doesn't like copper because it doesn't work well with most coolants or water. Also they need to be torqued several times after run in. On a 944-968 or 928 this mean pulling the cams.. ugh.. This is only one opinion.
