6 levels of over revving? What a pile of bull****. The limiter prevents over revving. There is only one level of over revving. Forced. And each ascending rev is worse than the previous one.

Hi - I know this is years late, but may help someone.
I had misfires in cyls 4, 5 & 6, always on first start up, before the engine warmed up, seemed worse in winter/cold/damp etc... Tried the plugs/coils and eventually after some reading around, I saw a piece on the high lift solenoid and finally got my local indy to change it, (they did both banks in case) - bingo! No more mis fires
