Default Has any dog ever ridden in any 997...?

I've yet to bring myself to let Ben ride w/ me. He rides w/ hind paws on seat (scratch leather), and front paws on dashboard (likes to see out)....or, head out window with paws on paint (scratch paint). And he sheds.

I was just wondering if a dog had ever ridden in a 997.

Probably only late at night after the 997 owner has had a LOT of beers!

depends on the dog, i guess. we (my wife) has a cavalier king charles (15lbs) which sheds quite a bit. we used to have a no-dog rule for our 'better' cars, but as all rules with our dogs, we quickly forget about them. so, yea, our dog rides with us quite a bit in the 997, although she's not big and we put a towel down on the seat and covering the center console (cleaning/removing hair from b/w seats in near impossible esp on our 997's).

as for me, i'm not the super **** type with my cars, so i don't mind as much. but not sure if i'd have a big lab or something in there. the other day, i saw a 997 cab with a big golden retriever seating in the passenger seat. thought that was cool.

I would be worried about their claws puncturing the leather or scratching it.......

Two Yorkies (but only in their carrying case) Dogs are fine but I would advise against any cats. Love may come and go but cat pee is forever. I had a friend who had a cat pee in his car. He tried everything but whenever it got hot the cat pee smell would come back. He finally had to sell the car. That cured the problem.

Have a Cairn Terrier ( think Toto ) we take everywhere. Its a pain having to vacuum after every trip and clean the nose prints off the window. He sits on my wifes lap on a blanket to contain the sand, hair. Just loves to bark at squirrels. No kids, so the dog is our child substitute.

i think they make pills now for people who want to put their dogs in cars.

they're the same pills for the people who take their dogs to outdoor restaurants.

unfortunately for the rest of us, the pills seem to be in very short supply.
