997 GT3 Jason Watt paraplegic racer!

Porsche 997 GT3 race car at Spa Francorchamps in Belgium... The driver is a paraplegic and uses hand controlled throttle, brake and clutch. The throttle is the ring behind the wheel and the brake leaver is next to the gear leaver.
How does he down shift though? He is down shifting somehow! How does he push the clutvh in to at least get the car moving? WOW!!!!!
This is very insperational for me.
