Before posting on the general FS board I wanted to let everyone here know:

For sale – Set of Boxster Winter Tires with less than 1K miles of use. Boxster will migrate to NC or FL next winter.

Set consists of 4 Michelin Pilot Alpin 235/40R18 91V N1 mounted on Tire Rack Sport Cup III rims (18” x 8.5”). Bought in Dec 2007 for $1,880. $1,300 OBO plus shipping if required.

 

They will fit your 997.

 

The 997 is going south too. We're relocating later this summer. Won't need them on either car.

 

I'm curious if there are any pictures of these on a 997. They seem like they would be a great deal for me as a winter set if they look appropriate. The forum search feature doesn't show any result for Sport Cup III's. Anyone?

Look for a post from Coochas with full pics and review of spacer installment to make them look appropriate. Search for winter tires.

 

If you bought them in Dec 2007 I'd like to buy your time machine instead. But seriously you need to post both front and rear tire and rim sizes with offsets. That way prospective buyers can determine if the set fits their needs. Good luck with the sale and the move.
