I hoped this link work.

Driving a F-1 in Vegas. $5k for 4 laps around the track. Is it worth it? Is it a "Must do" in a life time events? Is driving a Porsche a must do in someone's life time events? BTW, what are others "Must Do" in a life time event? Join the Mile High Club? Fly a fighter jet? Date a **** star? Sail around the world ? Catch a Marlin ? Menage a troi? Shake hand w/ GW Bush? Hehehehe Any one here care to add.. Mid life crisis should be coming up soon, like to start making a "Must Do " List before my time is up...

I would, but only after the Skip Barber 3day racing course... and maybe some more track time... Then I'd get my money's worth. Otherwise, I'd just feel like an idiot on the track.

If ever in LA go to the Outdoorsman's Club. Many years ago a guy who founded that club came up with a list of about 100 'must do' things which included climbing a lot of peaks, hitting all the continents, etc. It's a good reference!

Interesting thread... I don't have specific must-do items on my list, although I once had one: when I was 14 years old, I promised myself to quit drinking and to somehow beat the odds and make my way out of poverty.

I have since done a bunch of things that you typically find on these lists (skydiving, seeing Taj Mahal, etc.), but only because they happened to coincide with what I was truly interested in. I don't think there should be a single list that we all should pursue. For example, the last thing I did for pure fun a little over a month ago was a CPR/AED training course. Hardly as exciting as a ménage à trois, but fulfilling for me nevertheless.

As far as the F-1 car is concerned, I doubt I would fit in... I'm 6'4. But even if, I would not spend 5K on it, not even if I had enough money to buy the whole car.
