Default Wheel Question

I have a set of 18" BSW Carrera Sport Replica wheels which I had on my old 996 which ah my "other half" found hidden in the basement after our recent move into our new home. I no longer have my 996 C2 and now have a 997 C2 which takes entirely different rubber and suspension if I am correct. My better half tells me to sell them since I won't put them back on the 997 and I am unsure what to do with them. Will they make an adequate track wheel? If so I'd let them go with the Pirelli PZero Nero rubber I put on them to whomever offer for a steal as I don't track my Carrera and have no plans to do so in the near or long term future. Anyway I do believe they are 235/40 ZR18 Pirelli PZero Nero All Seasons on front and 265/35 ZR18 Pirelli PZero Nero (Same) rears. Is ebay an option? Or a PM sale via the Rennlist?

They fit great on the 996 but like I said am unsure as to what to do with them now. I just don't think they would do the 997 proper justice if I tried to put them on but I may be wrong. Any thoughts or help from my fellow Rennlisters is much appreciated. (pics enclosed)

those are some really nice looking wheels, I think they look better than the kinesis f110's

Although DC has a pretty mild climate, you may want to think about keeping them for the harshest months of Dec-March if you drive your car year round. The summer rubber on the 997 doesn't stick well in the cold and even an inch or two of snow can be treacherous. Othewise, ebay is the most efficient way to sell them.

Raffi...thanks. I do NOT drive the Carrera in the snow/winter unless it is dry and plans to stay that way for awhile. I am in the Air Force so we get pretty good weather forcasting here as we fly for the President and they do need to get those things right! I'll try ebay probably or a Renlist PM.

Would they even fit on a 997 suspension? My wonder and concern is if the PASM system would actively adjust itself to them (diameter and offset) or stay with the stock setup?
