Default icelink installer?

Posted this in the 987 forum awhile ago, apparently we're few and far between when it comes to either reading this board, replying to messages, or owning the icelink.

Any recommendations near Irvine, CA for an installer?

TIA

Matt

Icelink is an iPod interface for your car. I believe it's made by Denison.

Geeeze, like I said, they think the 997 Forum is the place for posting about this aftermarket crap just because it's an active forum.

I just had Jamey with Rawlings Audio install my dension/icelink unit, sat radio, and the k40 system on my 997S. He did amazing work and is a pleasure to deal with.
I highly reccomend him.
He is based in Pasadena.
(626)372-0744. Let him know Sandro sent you.

Actually, I think it is a reasonable request from our Boxster brother - he said he posted on the 987 forum with no luck...so I think it's reasonable to tap the 997 resources (i.e. people) for an installer recommendation.

I think he would have better luck posting in the OT Forum myself, the busiest forum on Rennlist.

Someone there just posted about Garmin, the aftermarket nav unit, and got a lot of feedback right then and there.

The poster posted this yesterday and 24 hrs later someone finally replies that there's a place in Pasadena, which is about an hour and a half from Irvine. I think he's looking for a local installer in the OC.
