I'm sure glad my wife doesn't visit this forum. That was a great choice.

Thanks again -- and for the Photoshop image as well. I bought a cheap black wheel cover to try to visualize better myself.

Dan, I'll take a shot of the back for you after the weather clears. By the way, it was the photos of your car that got me to Nat Brown, and almost to the Makassar wheel/trim -- really like it on the shifter.

Well, back to work...

love the color combo, the grey carpets coupled with the leather give it a very elegant if not "cashmere" type look........i can't get there on the dark steering wheel......yes, colored wheel center caps would look great on your car.

have fun and welcome aboard

Erm... Microsoft Paint job you mean... Far from a photoshop job hence the shrinkage! Large size looked really bad! Glad to help.

Great color. Meteor is amazing in the pics I can't imagine how nice it must be in person.

Here you go (below). Funny, I wasn't a fan of 'other' colour interiors at all until this weekend past. Had a spin in a friends 987S with terracotta interior and LOVED IT.
Wouldn't go with anything else, given the choice. Liking yours too, though; very sharp.

I'd leave the steering wheel as delivered. The gray carpets are perfect, too - a great call.
Since someone brought up "wheels," the Carrera Sport wheels with colored center crests would be a knockout match for the Meteor Gray.
My wife's 987 had the Lobster Forks which I swapped for the Carrera Sports. Even though her car is Midnight Blue Metallic (not Meteor), you can see the wheel color.

Car looks stunning. I'd leave everything alone. The gray carpet is a perfect choice to bring down the color a notch on the interior, and the natural leather is bold enough to say 'come on in' in its own way.

Very nicely done. Leave the steering wheel alone. It's perfect as is.

Natural brown. Always a good choice.

I'll procrastinate the final call, but I think I agree with the consensus (and the doctored photo above is a huge help) -- the gray/black wheel just looks out of place w/the rest of the dash. Alum look might work with the other "metallic" trim, but I doubt that's a good idea for the steering wheel. Fun to think about, but maybe time to focus on driving instead.

As before, all the advice is much appreciated.

I've found that they seem to hold up pretty well. With 9000 miles on the clock:

Love the carpets! Looks fantastic.

I always go with black interior b/c it's too difficult to keep light carpet looking good. Now I have an option for next time!
