I previouusly ordered the silver crest hood emblem from AJUSA.com but they're no longer making them. Anyone have another source? I had one on my polar silver 993TT and it looked great. Guess I'm going with the Silver wheel centers too.

Yes, it is atlas metallic grey....

I have the Kenisis wheels on the same car. I like them, but these look great as well. Yours look a little more "open", if that makes sense.

Check with Eric at BumperPlugs.com he MAY have a few of these left.

I recall read that the Silver crest was not an official Porsche issued item and was therefore a "gray market" item. Apparently Porsche took "issue" with the company that was producing them because they were not licenced to produce the Porsche emblem. IIRC, they are no longer being produced so the available inventory is limited.

I found them one or two of them on ebay by sellers and also at the following link:

http://www.pcars.com/shop.php/porsch...t/p_46812.html

Haven't pulled the trigger yet tho. They say the are original.

Those look beautiful against Atlas Grey. I almost went there, but since the company's in transition I chose Champion. We both need the Silver Crest hood emblem.......Attractive street, where in No Cal is that?

I contacted Pcars.com today and they are the same shop that's selling them on E-Bay. They want $118.75 at their store in San Gabriel, CA. and offer a $5. credit for cores. Their E-Bay auctions are through "Fast Forward Wheels", a division of Pcars.com. They have sold previously for more and less on E-Bay.
This is the same badge with identical packaging that I bought several years ago through AJUSA though they don't carry them anymore.

I'm going to start a separate thread on Silver Crest Hood badges on a few different forums for those that are interested.....

Cool. Anyone know whether they are as good as the originals or should one be worried about weathering and such things? Looks good though.
