I'm sure I could have bought it here locally and probably for the same amount when you factor shipping vs. tax, but I just can't suport the idiocy that emulates from the dealers here in Lala land.....

I will say this problem was the only, only negative in my '05 C2 Cpe, and I'm happy to hear it was fixed beginning with MY '06. The slight lowering of the passenger window was a pain and quite un Porsche-like.

I have experieinced this with a 2001.5 Passat and a 1999 Audi A6. Both of these cars will experience this "buffeting" effect if you open the sun roof all thway and rive at about 40mph. If you open the rear side windows about one inch it solve the problem.....or there is another stting on the sun roof selector which opens the sun roof not-quite-all-the-way. My MB E320 ( 2003) solves the problem by having a smaller sun roof than the VW or Audi. Therefore, when it is opened fully, the front to rear distance is about the same as the special settting on the VW or Audi. I am not ssure about the opening on the Porsche.
