I haven't seen a 'poll' this lop-sided since the "Rennlist Members: Do You Have a *****? Yes or No?

It's a pisser. Got two P's in the garage ..the ML along with the Ford dog-hauler sit out ...and two 60's trucks at the shop under one of them blow-away, tin Sun ports. It's too expensive to just keep buliding garages - got another Sun port and a quonset building to house a boat yet to erect. BUT - there's no-frickin'-way a 997 would ever sit out. (advantage of living on cheap ground..)

Hi,
This is the best car I have ever driven. It sits in my driveway
on a dead end street and I drive it every day. I wash the car about
twice a week. I would have to build some ramps to get it into
the garage. I enjoy leaving the car out and it makes me want to
drive it and wash it more often. I have never have so much fun driving
a car. I still remember hating a car when it would not start, or when the defroster
would take five minutes to clear the window. I still hate replacing drum brakes. I feel
so lucky that I can drive my car every day and not have to lock it away in a garage. I
beleive that there are cars that should be in garages but, a Porsche is a street car with
a racing motor and there is a fine line on this thinking. I really think the point
of this thread is that the car should be driven and not stored in a garage. Where
ever you store your car, get out there and drive it for all it's worth.

Dave - and we all know that you have enough "extra" to make up for those who don't have one, so the results of that poll should be at least 101% "YES!"
