I'm leaning toward OCB. It's very heavy on the front and does not tie together with any side skirts or rear unit with equal balance.
But you are going to scrape it a bit. No question. If you want to leave the beast on (car looks good, don't get me wrong), I'd paint it, and be sure all lower trim on sides and back end would get painted too. Would make the car look lower and beefier if in fact there are some lower panels not painted Guards now.

Should be black, through and through.. If you paint it, try to find a CANNED paint the color very close to the car's. Being underneath, it does not need to match exactly because of shadowing. If you can find the canned paint, repainting is an easy, quck job. I do mine and it probably takes a total of a hour woring time and 3/4's of that is removal and installation.
You'll be surprised how many colored canned paints are out there and I am sure you can find one. Sure beats having to take it in and then have the paint shop screw up the color.

Don't mean to put you off RR. IMO the spoiler just wrecks the aesthetic balance of the car. Too much going on in the front.

You can spray over the paint with a a clear lacquer if you want.
