I'd leave the wheels as-is. They have a nice contrast with the dark top on the targa.

Love the car!

Personally I'm not big on tinting,....BUT, I know there have been a bunch of posts by people such as yourself who live in 'sunnier' and warmer parts of the country where it's used as a functional thing.

I drove a Targa 4S yesterday - minus 0 C, snow tires and the glass slid back. It was a tip but a nice treat for Jan up here.

Nice car. I like the Targa.

She's a beauty! Mind if I put your pictures up at www.porscheguys.com/gallery/ ?

A tint might be too much contrast, I don't know, that's just me.

That is a sweet ride you got there. Congrats. I saw the release version of the C4S targa in the dealer the other day (it was the gold one in all the pics) and I practically fell in love. Glad I didn't have my 997C2 with me or there would have been trouble and probably a divorce in my future! LOL Enjoy and congrats again!

mdrobc1213- Did you go to the dealer in Arlington on Rt. 1? If you've done business with them before, how did you find that?

Geof...sorry so late..just found this post. Yes I did go the the dealer on Rt 1 Porsche of Arlington. I found them fair but not outstanding...well let me correct that. The sales manager was pretty good but I had to really work him to meet me where I wanted $$ wise. He wanted too much for the CPO 05 997 C2 I got and didn't initially want to come down enough or up enough on my trade. My salesman didn't do anything....which is probably why he is no longer there. But in the end the sales manager David came back with an offer which I could meet him at and be happy. It just took us about 72hrs or so to get there. Sort of like we were at the same game but opposite ends of the stadium and had to figure out how to find our seats at midfield or closest we'd get to them! Good luck. Tell em Rob Craig-Gray MD sent ya if you go pick up something.

Pictures don't do that car justice. The lines look amazing in the sheet metal. IMO.
