I have a Borla system on my M3 now and the fit and finish of this piece has been awesome. The 997 part will be released according to Borla in early Feb. or so they are hoping. It will probably already come with quad tips and should be priced very nicely.

They are still developing the exhaust on my 997 right now, completion in early February would be great as there are some shows my car needs to attend around that time but I wouldn't keep my fingers crossed since it is already nearing the end of January. They have somewhat developed the street system but still have to work on the race system, should be a great exhaust either way and i'm looking forward to getting my car back so I can report on sound and power.

Is anyone making aftermarket tips for as replacements for the PSE tips? Thanks.

Default Borla on Boxster

I rode in a co-workers 97 Boxster yesterday, and I must say that the Borla exhaust is quite loud. Much to loud for my taste, but to each his own. Not too bad at idle, but once going, it was quite loud, and certainly would be difficult to hold a cell call or talk with someone in the passenger seat.
