I hope they go 400kph without someone getting killed. The shape of the 997 (911's - all) is inherantly unstable at high speeds, creating an enormous amount of lift. That lift can be countered with huge, ugly and aerodynamically dirty (grossly inefficient) wings - which this car does not have. The chopped roofline should help, in addition to looking fantastic.

I've read stories from previous 200+ mph runs in 996 generation cars where professional drivers stepped out and said the experience was "terrifying" due to the cars instability at ultra high speed. My guess is that car, with that minimal wing, will generate about 1000lbs of lift at 250mph.

For all those expensive mods and it ends up looking like a Camaro in the back.

Why not try to accomplish this with the Carrera GT?
