Default POST INSTALLED BI-XENONS

HELLO AND MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Does anyone know if there is a way to post install bi-xenons on my base 997?


i did not opt for them in the beginning and now i regret it

Try finding some brighter bulbs. I didn't want xenons in my previous M3 because of the weight and complexity (track car). I found some Hella bulbs that were significantly brighter and whiter - in fact people thought they were xenons until they took a closer look. Total was about $70 for two sets - one for lows and one for highs. Just figure it might be worth some research...

Avoid higher wattage though.

You can have them installed aftermarket but very expensive. Plus, They are a huge theft item right now and theives are damaging the body and hood to get them out.

Thus far, this problem appears to be contained to the southern Florida region. Knock on wood.

True. Florida is the only area I know of the problem. I'm impressed that the west coast knows about it.
