I'd say if you weren't picky about color, almost every Porsche dealer in Southern California has a CGT on the showroom floor or could get you one pretty quickly. At $450-large, Porsche didn't exactly "sell" all of 'em.

Here's some REAL juicy info for those who are interested.

FYI, I live in this area and are very familiar with the characters involved.

As for the "payed his buddy back" part being BS, perfectly understandable.

Chris Numme owns Numme Autobody in a very crappy autoshop which has an outsourcing partnership with the premier Porsche dealer in Greenwich, CT - New Country Porsche. All their bodywork is outsourced there. Without getting into my experiences and the experiences of my friends in Greenwich, their work is aweful and they are a crooked business relying on the fact that they have a partnership with a HUGE volume porsche dealer to cover up their shortcomings.

The owner - Robert Greenhill, is a bit of a recluse, is an interesting gentleman who prefers to troll the coffeeshops of greenwich and sit inside staring at his CGT for hours. Can't complain about the guy, very quiet.

Can't wait to see how this pans out.
