Today I took my Ragdoll cat Data for his first ride in my 911 to go to Petco so he could get his semi-annual lion cut. He loved the car noting that it too purred. He also continued his tradition of purring while being shaved by the groomer! He is such a mellow guy,....the groomers are always fascinated by him because 1) he purrs instead of hisses while being groomed and 2) will raise his arm up for the groomer when they buzz his pits. I aspire to achieve his level of mellowness one day.

Now,....what did you all think this thread was going to be about??????

This is what happens when I'm home alone on a Saturday night while my wife is at work (at least she told me that's where she was going).

I think the thread title is misleading. Now that I have read it I realize it should say "Went for a ride today,....solely for MY *****"

 

It is 3:15 am and I came back home drunk. Fell for the title. dammnnn!!!!

 

Actually, I was expecting some cute pictures of Hello Kitty. My wife/daughter are all into that Sanrio stuff.

 

Here where I live in the hills of Hollywood, cats like yours serve a very important function.

I got him the lion cut so he'd scare away the coyotes. The lion is after all king of the jungle.

 

Being a bachelor, I would like to add that this is pretty much the only reason why I take my 997 out for rides...
