Default RMS problem!?

Have had my car for a few weeks now. It has about 915 miles on it.

Went into my garage to pull the car out and found two oil drops about the size of a quarter.

Im new to the 997, is this a very common problem? I know I had it replaced twice on my 996.

Just curious. Thanks in advance!

Yes, they are the ones that told me what was wrong.

Thank you!

While RMS frequency has gone done with 997, I suspect it is not 100%. Well, nothing is ever 100% I suppose. I would get it gone at a reputable dealer and not worry about it. You have lots of warranty left. I had my 02 RMS changed about 2 yrs and 12k ago and no re-occurrence. Knock on wood.

Amazing they're still having this problem and on a new 07 to boot ; agreed no car is perfect but this paticular issue was to be corrected quite some time ago. I hope the repair is 100% perfect

That's the spirit...can't take your car (no matter what it is) to seriously. The conotations get worse as you compare the shape of this car to a woman as well....

And recently I experienced "limp stick" on the 997S...
