I hope Im not violating any board rules, but I remember that there were some fellow Ny'ers that were contemplating a V1 install. I was referred to Technik 1 on 29th street, for my Valentine hardwire by Manhattan Porsche and was very pleased with the work. They are EXPERTS at what they do and are very reasonable as well. They do all sorts of hiidden installs of the V1 including the mirror mounted unit, and they have a special way of doing the self dimming set up which can be very difficult to do as Ive been told. They did a simple hardwire to my fuse box so that the V1 can be visor mounted. It was a clean install and relatively cheap at $120. The car was done in 1 hour and everything is perfect, Angelo handled the job and vas courteous and extreemely proffessional. I can reccomend them wholeheartedly.
